Isatpone 2 network not connecting or getting signal?

Heres a few things you can do to troubleshoot when your Isatphone 2 is having connection issues:

Check the Power:

Make sure the phone is turned on by holding down the red button for at least three seconds. 

Other things you can do....

• Check Antenna:

Rotate the antenna so it's pointing towards the sky, facing the direction of the Equator. 

• Make sure to have a Clear View:

Make sure there are no physical obstructions (trees, buildings, walls, mountains.) overhead that might block the signal. 

• Your SIM Card:

Check that the SIM card is correctly inserted and that it's not damaged. Take it out and put it back again carefully.

• Check the Battery:

Make sure the battery is fully charged and that the charging port is clean and works. Turn the phone off and take out the battery and replace it again.

• Restart the phone:

Power off the phone for at least 15 minutes and then turn it back on. This can help clear memory issues

• Network Registration:

Observe the screen to ensure it's displaying signal and registering to the network. 

The biggest solution that woroks most of the time is...

• In the phone go to Menu> Network Connectivity >Advanced Options>Manual Channel ID entry > Enter the number 83 and save. Turn phone off and back on and try connect again.
